Melinda is a Western NY native who has also lived in California, Europe and five years ago made her home in Youngstown, on Lake Ontario. She studied English Education and has a special education background which allowed her a career working with children with disabilities for over 12 years. At the same time she juggled raising two children, and co-owning a landscaping/contracting company on Grand Island for almost 20 years. Most recently she attained her BA in Psychology and is currently working on a Master’s Degree.
Melinda’s extensive knowledge of construction, real estate, and ability to negotiate contract bids, accompanied with her sensitivity in working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, creates a comfortable transaction for her clients.
